As the UI designer for the Dealer Dashboard project, I was responsible for translating user feedback into intuitive and effective designs. The Dealer Dashboard is a comprehensive tool utilized by Canadian Tire franchise owners nationwide to monitor their store performance statistics. It allows franchisees to compare their performance against other stores in their region, providing insights into the best-selling product categories.

Despite initial resistance from many franchise owners, who were accustomed to using Excel spreadsheets and hesitant to adopt new technology, I collaborated closely with project managers and developers to ensure a smooth transition. We employed an agile sprint methodology, releasing updated designs biweekly and incorporating real-time user feedback to continuously refine the interface. This iterative process helped address user concerns and improve their overall experience, ultimately encouraging the adoption of the Dealer Dashboard.

Designs include the dealer dashboard for Canadian Tire as well as Party City and mockups of email reports that would be sent to dealers and company executives.
